We're working with a rising commercial construction firm in Chicago that's actively hiring a Construction Estimator with 5+ years of experience in both ground-up and interior build-out projects . This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in a mix of exciting new construction and renovation work across multiple sectors, from corporate interiors to light industrial spaces.

As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in preparing competitive, detailed bids and cost breakdowns, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and leadership throughout the preconstruction process. You'll have the support you need-but also the independence to take ownership of your work and help shape how things get done.
