Insight Global is seeking a GenAI & Data Process Analyst for one of their top banking clients. This role focuses on piloting Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies across the organization, shaping how AI integrates into data-driven processes. The position emphasizes strategy and oversight, delegating execution tasks to specialized teams while ensuring successful delivery of AI initiatives.

You will help move low-risk AI projects into production, influence best practices, and infuse AI into core data workflows such as data quality controls, data mining, and data visualization. This role is data-centric but does not require prior financial services experience.

Pay ranges from 20-33/hr based on qualifications and years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide AI program implementation across the bank, focusing on GenAI and ML adoption.

Shape and oversee AI projects, ensuring smooth transition from pilot to production.

Infuse AI into data processes, including:

Building data quality frameworks

Implementing data mining and visualization techniques

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Tier II data specialists) to align AI strategy with enterprise goals.

Provide thought leadership on GenAI and ML trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or AI-driven projects.

• Proven experience delivering GenAI or ML solutions.

• Strong data background, including data governance and quality management.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

• Familiarity with AI risk management and production deployment strategies. - Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.

• Knowledge of data quality management processes.

• Exposure to financial crimes or AML data (not mandatory).

• Tier II data infrastructure experience.
