We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care. Our client is a 31yo male with MS, in Herriman, Utah. Available shift is Thursday, Friday, Sunday 10am - 10pm, and help with filling open shifts. We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:

• Medication set up and oversight
• Tube feeding
• Oxygen therapy
• Hoyer and wheelchair
• Wound care
• Companionship

We promote from within * Home Care Pulse Leader in Excellence * Joint Commission Accredited RN and LPN Responsibilities: * Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care * Provide in home assessments * Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns RN and LPN Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year Pediatric experience

Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah * Certified CPR Certification * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
