Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Medical Device

Location: Southeast

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing organization in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry . In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue by managing accounts, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with field sales to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an office-based/remote sales position with a focus on consultative selling, pipeline development, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Generate Revenue: Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through proactive outreach, virtual product demonstrations, and consultative sales conversations.
Collaborate: Partner with field-based sales colleagues to execute territory strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Build Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
Manage Pipeline: Identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize activities, and consistently exceed sales quotas while maintaining accurate CRM records.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer success (B2B healthcare/DME background a plus).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to customer needs.
Highly organized and self-motivated with strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume outreach cadence and balance multiple priorities.
