Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Medical Device

Location: Southeast

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing organization in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry . In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue by managing accounts, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with field sales to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an office-based/remote sales position with a focus on consultative selling, pipeline development, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Revenue: Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through proactive outreach, virtual product demonstrations, and consultative sales conversations.
  • Collaborate: Partner with field-based sales colleagues to execute territory strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Build Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Manage Pipeline: Identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize activities, and consistently exceed sales quotas while maintaining accurate CRM records.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer success (B2B healthcare/DME background a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to customer needs.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume outreach cadence and balance multiple priorities.
