Job Title: Remote Commercial Drywall Estimator
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Salary: $90,000 per year

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Remote Commercial Drywall Estimator with experience in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid software. This position plays a vital role in accurately preparing detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability while working independently from a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate material and labor cost estimates for commercial drywall, metal framing, insulation, and acoustical ceiling systems
Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid to perform digital takeoffs and generate complete bid proposals
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and project information
Track and manage bids from initial inquiry through project award
Maintain and update historical cost databases and pricing tools
Attend virtual meetings and participate in bid reviews when necessary
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial drywall estimator
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid software is required
Solid knowledge of drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustic ceiling systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
