The Position: We are looking for someone to join GameChanger's Strategy team as the Senior Manager of Strategic Insights and Market Research. You will lead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights that shape GameChanger's long-term direction. You will build a centralized insight repository, synthesize external and internal data, and provide executives with clear, relevant recommendations that guide priorities, investments, and strategic planning. You will sit at the intersection of research, strategy, and storytelling—ideal for someone who can turn complex, ambiguous information into compelling insights that influence important decisions. You will collaborate with leaders across Product, Analytics, Business Development, CX, Marketing, and Finance, and report to our VP of Strategy, Operations, and Impact.
